This ground beef and broccoli casserole will please all picky eaters.

Ingredients

Extra-lean ground beef (1 lb.)

Broccoli (6 cups)

Tomato juice (14 oz)

Shredded cheddar cheese (1.75 cups)

Salt (1.5 tsp)

Cayenne (1/4 tsp)

Parmesan grated (1/4 cup)

Celery (1)

Garlic Powder (1 tsp)

Method

Preheat your oven to 375F

Cut your broccoli florets into small pieces, place them in a microwave-safe bowl, and microwave for +- 5 minutes.

Heat a medium saucepan, add ground beef, cook for 6 minutes, and add the tomato juice, celery, and spices. Cook until sauce has thickened, turn off the heat, and leave to steam.

In a baking dish, add the ground beef, broccoli, and half of the cheddar cheese, stir to mix everything. Top with remaining cheese as well as parmesan.

Bake for 20 minutes and leave to rest before serving.

Chicken is my favorite meat; it can adapt to the dish you want to serve and the flavors you want to achieve in your cooking. Chicken has a neutral taste adding the sharp taste of cheese and the earthy taste of broccoli can leave you with a masterpiece. This masterpiece can be in the form of a Chicken broccoli casserole.

Ingredients

Chicken Breasts (Cooked, 1 ½ pound)

Broccoli Florets (4 cups)

Garlic (1 clove)

Olive Oil

Salt and pepper (to taste)

Mozzarella (8 oz)

Basil (1 tsp)

Thyme (1 tsp)

Heavy cream (1/2 cup)

Cornstarch (1 tsp)

Chicken Broth (2tbsp)

Method

Preheat your oven to 350F

Shred your cooked chicken breast, grease an oven dish, and distribute the chicken evenly in the dish.

In a medium pan, sauté the broccoli, season with the fresh garlic, salt, pepper, basil, and thyme. Add sautéed veggies to chicken.

In a microwave-safe bowl, mix the chicken broth and cornstarch until it forms a paste. Add half of the cream and microwave for 30 seconds, stir in the rest of the cream, and microwave for 2minitues stirring every 20 seconds until thick and creamy.

Lather the sauce over chicken and broccoli in the baking dish, sprinkle the cheese over the top, and bake for approx. Fifteen minutes or until golden brown.

Cheese and broccoli do not compliment all seafood types, but products like prawns, shrimp, and muscles can be delicious with broccoli and cheese.

Ingredients

Pasta (4oz)

Olive oil (1 tbsp)

Broccoli (2 cups)

Butter (1 tbsp)

Chicken Broth (1/2 cup)

Shrimp (thawed and peeled, ½ lb.)

Cream Cheese (4.4 oz)

Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Parmesan (1/2 cup)

Parsley (1 tsp)

Basil (1 tsp)

Method

In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil and cook pasta until al dente.

In a separate saucepan, heat the olive oil and butter, add the shrimp, cook until tender, and set cooked shrimp aside. In the pan, add the broccoli and cover with a lid cook for four minutes. Remove the broccoli from the pan and reduce to medium heat.

Add the chicken broth, cream cheese, and all seasoning. Sir, until a creamy sauce, is formed.

Add the broccoli and shrimp to the cream cheese sauce and heat through. Mix the shrimp and broccoli mixture into pasta.

Serve with parmesan.
