Lemon juice (1 tbsp)

Cornstarch (1 tbsp)

Hot water (1/4 cup)

Low sodium soya sauce (1/4 cup)

Ginger (1/2 tsp)

Dried red chilies (5)

Garlic chopped (2 cloves)

Scallions (2)


Marinate the beef by mixing it with 1 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp soy sauce, and 1 tbsp corn starch. Leave it for one hour.

Dredge the beef in the remaining cornflour.

In another bowl, mix the brown sugar and hot water until the sugar is dissolved. Mix in the low sodium soy sauce.

Pat, your prawns, dry with a cloth, place them in a bowl, and add all remaining ingredients. Toss by hand to coat evenly. Place the prawns on the greased BBQ and cook quickly.
