All of a child’s vitamin C requirements for one day can be found in just half a cup of chocolate-dipped strawberries. So, the next time, put a dollop of Nutella on top of the strawberries. Candy manufacturers even dry strawberries, grind them into a powder, then roll chocolate truffles in it.
Sprinkle 1 tbsp. of black pepper over strawberries sweetened with 3 tbsp. Add sugar for a little kick. Toss with 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar and bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Serve with whipped cream on top. To make baked strawberry sweets like tarts or muffins, add a tablespoon of cinnamon.
Strawberry salads, strawberry dressings, and strawberry sauces frequently use dried herbs like basil and mint. Combine 1/4 cup fresh basil, 2 cups sliced strawberries, and 8 cups lettuce to prepare a delicious salad. Dress with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. In a blender, combine 1/2 cup honey, 2 tbsp. lemon juice and 2 cups sliced strawberries to make a strawberry, honey, and mint sauce. Other dry herbs, such as oregano, can also be sprinkled over sautéed strawberries.
