  • Garnish with mint leaves. Taste, and if necessary, add additional lemon juice.  Refrigerate for at least half an hour and up to six hours before serving. Serve in shallow dishes with spoons garnished with fresh mint.

3. Strawberry and Orange Juice

  • Stemmed and chopped strawberries: 1/2 cup
  • Freshly squeezed orange juice: 2 cups


  • In a food processor or blender, puree the strawberries until smooth.
  • Remove the seeds and drain the berry puree through a fine-mesh strainer, saving the juice. In a mixing bowl, combine the orange juice and the strained berry puree. Serve right away or keep refrigerated for up to 2 days.
