  • 1 quart of nut milk
  • A quarter cup of raisins
  • Blueberries (50g)

  • 12 teaspoon nutmeg

  • Almonds, crushed

  • In a saucepan, combine the nut milk with the oats.

Blueberry Bran Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups Raisin Bran Cereal
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 cup blueberries

Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Combine the flours, baking soda, and salt in a mixing dish. Combine the sugar, vanilla, eggs, oil, and buttermilk in a larger mixing basin.
