- Fresh blackberries, 6 oz.
- A quarter cup of honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon zest
- Cut all of the fruit. Toss everything together in a large mixing dish.
- To make the glaze, combine honey, lemon zest, and juice in a small Mason jar or cup with a lid. Give it a good shake to incorporate everything.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to mix. Serve and eat right away.
3. Blueberry and Kiwi Smoothie Bowl with Coconut, Pistachios, and Banana
Blueberries, kiwi fruit, coconut, pistachios, and granola placed on top of a luxuriously thick and flavorful banana and blueberry smoothie is a delight.
- 6 oz. Banana chunks, frozen
- Natural yogurt
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- Vanilla extract, maple syrup, or honey (optional)
- 1 cup Fresh kiwi fruit, sliced
- 1/2 cup coconut
- Make sure the fruit is frozen before you start. Before you create the smoothie, choose your topping ingredients and get them ready.
- In a blender, combine the frozen blueberries, banana, most of the yogurt, vanilla extract, and sweetener, if desired.
- Blitz until the mixture is completely smooth. Depending on how thick you prefer your smoothie, you may want to add a little more yogurt.
- Fill your serving basin halfway with water and level the surface.
- Add toppings and serve right away.
4. Kiwi Blueberry Smoothie with Bananas
This kiwi banana smoothie with blueberries looks almost like spring!
- 4 kiwis (organic)
- A single banana
- A half-cup of Greek yogurt
- 1 cup of water
- 2 tbsp. fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2 tsp. quinoa puffs
- Mint leaves, fresh
- Cut the kiwis and banana into slices after peeling them. Keep a few kiwi slices aside for decorating.
- In a blender, combine the kiwi and banana slices. 1/2 cup Greek yogurt + 1/2 cup water (more if required for thickness). Blend until completely smooth.
- Place some kiwi slices on the glass wall of a glass jar and gently press them down to make good contact. Top with blueberries, quinoa puffs, and mint leaves after pouring in the smoothie. Serve.

- A single cup of raspberries
- A single cup of blueberries

- In a large mixing bowl or serving dish, combine all of the fruit. Combine lime juice, fresh mint, and zest, and a bit of salt in a mixing bowl.
- Toss thoroughly to combine, then serve and enjoy!
- Refrigerate for up to 5 days in an airtight container.
